At HDT, Our Patients Become Our Family

Patients tell us they finally feel like human beings here rather than a number. There’s no long wait, no voicemail maze, and no rotating staff who don’t know your story. You meet with the same nurse, social worker, dietitian, and nephrologist every month, people who know your routines, your challenges, your goals, and even your family. Many of our patients stop by outside their appointments just to say hello. Some return even after they’ve received a kidney transplant, because, in their words, “HDT is like my family.”
